Your information
Privacy
This page describes the website only. Information held about your clinical care is governed separately by the health system's own records and information governance rules.
Website
What this site does and does not do
- What we ask for
- Only what is needed to reply to an enquiry or a request to be contacted: your name, a way to reach you, and a short description in non-medical terms.
- What we never ask for
- Symptoms, diagnoses, medicines, test results, medical record numbers, insurance identifiers, national insurance or social security numbers, and payment card details. Please do not send these even if you are asked elsewhere to do so.
- Search on this site
- Directory search terms are handled in your browser and are not stored against you.
- Forms not yet connected
- Where a form has no destination configured, it says so plainly and nothing is transmitted or stored. See the contact page for the current position.
- Compliance claims
- This site does not claim any certification, standard or regulatory compliance. Statements of that kind will only appear once they can be evidenced.
Clinical records
Information about your care
Records created during your care are held under the health system’s information governance arrangements, not by this website. To ask what is held, or to request a copy, follow the records process, which verifies your identity before anything is released.
