What a profile includes, and what it never will
Included when verified
- Name, credentials and registered specialties
- Education and clinical training
- Locations where the clinician practises
- Languages spoken in consultation
- Whether they are taking new patients, and how to be referred
Never included
- Star ratings, review scores or patient comments
- Live appointment availability or bookable time slots
- Outcome statistics attributed to an individual clinician
- Photographs that are not of the clinician themselves
